Up to 90 terminally ill Danish patients have been fooled to take a risky and expensive stem cell treatment in Ukraine with false and untrue marketing, writes Metro.

– It is truly a terrible case which has been rolled up here. I hope that this whole case here is a case study that shows people that you should be extremely cautious if you are undergoing treatment abroad on their own initiative, she says.

Good authorities respond One of the leading stem cell researchers are also pleased that the Danish health authorities react to Emcells Danish patient advisor:

– It is good that the Board of Health is helping to enforce the Danish rules for marketing.
